Hi beautiful Mom-to-be !
First of all congratulations on your pregnancy, I hope you and your baby are healthy and happy.
This workout was designed generally for expectant and new mothers. However exercise programs have inherit risks, the degree of which depends on your individual health, condition and fitness. It is important that you consult with your health care professional or midwife to understand just how these exercises may affect you, your health and your baby and to get permission from a physician prior to engage in these workouts.
