And now I have discovered your stuff! I have been doing some other qi gong instructors, but recently I developed a spasm in my mid-back and my other routines weren't relieving it. What exercises would you recommend for someone who fell hard on their knee-caps (4 times) and is left with poor blood circulation in the knees (they're regularly cold to the touch)?
