For some reason I had this saved in a folder for evening Qigong and even though from the title, I suspected it was file filed ..by myself of course…it sounded really good since I had driven two hours back and forth to the vet plus sitting at the vet waiting to set her and not nearly enough movement when I came home…my back was begging for movement… another where the universe knew best! Now on to a legitimate evening video! Here’s to a wonderful weekend Kseny 🎉
