Thanks for the advice regarding finishing with these. I used to do abs first. Using these as a finisher is a much better way to structure the workout. This is an awesome workout! Keep up the great work.

Crunch done wrong! Bending neck not good. Pulling head up even worse. Hip too high on side plank. Can't watch anymore of this.
