Brilliant leg workout. Since lockdown started in the UK, I've put the heaviest ankle weight money can buy on the minute I wake up and only take them off if I'm going out or going to bed. It's amazing how doing normal household duties with weights on help. Going to save this for everyday

It’s a great workout, but please just be mindful, that it could lead to an injury if you twist, or go too heavy. Especially knees and ankles. It’s just what I had read some time back. Maybe,talk to your doctor about it’s safety for all day.

Love love love it - dug my ankle weights out only to remember that I bought them when I was about 12 so they don’t actually fit around my ankles now! Did the workout without and it was still slightly challenging and improved my mobility. Thanks for all your lovely videos - carefully executed moves, great music and a smiley face are a winning combination.

💖Love that peaceful background & music.Just coming off this10 min's (third workout of my Day 8, yay! )which felt like far less time.Most challenging for me: the move that starts around 5:25 spot but did my best, with no leg weights for me. Smiling here!!! First, 💖Thank you, Schellea: Just did this 10 minute leg toning, love it again. I don't use ankle weights because I'm always a bit nervous about my legs already being very varicose-veiny all my life. Understood, more fitness including weight management -(achieved so well by these daily workouts , help everything, legs & all) 💖In addition to being super thankful for the do-able-ness yet perfect degree of challenging, this routine especially reminds me of 1 aspect I've left out in saying what makes this stellar: CREATIVE. This took us through leg-toning so creatively. 🙏

I did not use the ankle weights and I definitely felt these exercises, FYI. I too am having difficulties trying to find the daily challenge. I was hoping to just go to KZbin and click on your daily playlist but I guess not
