I just had so much fun doing my "10 minute standup workout with weights" with my 6 grand children. They are ages 2, 3 and 5. After completion, they said gramma that was fun. My arms are sore and they had fun, go figure. For the record, Friday is exercise day with them and they have 2lb weights. Happy blessed Friday you all.

Thank you for all your great work out videos Schellea. I'm no longer in my fabulous fifties, I've moved on to my fabulous sixties, but still benefit from your work outs. My husband does them with me every day and sometimes he feels a little "silly" because you mention that these exercises are geared more towards women over fifty. We both think they are great for men and women from ages fifty on up. The production of your videos is superb and we appreciate your choice of music, it makes a huge difference. We exercise with your videos everyday from the Republic of Panamá.

I have joyful tears after completing this ab video. When I did this for first time last year, I could barely get thorough the vid and unable to do the fun happy dance with feet off the floor while turning. A year later I finished the video and the spin turn at the end, I literally lift my feet off the floor while turning around like in the video. It feels great to be moving my body more like I want. Thank you my dear for all you do for us. I am thankful and grateful for you.💯❤️🌹

Morning Schellea. Came across this core workout this morning. Holding one a weight in one hand bending side wayside and looking up at the weight,( the windmill) was challenging but I sure I’ll improve in time. Loved this workout.🥰 🧘🏼‍♀️🌸

Loved this, did it after the 30 min walking workout. I feel great now. I have arthritis in my ankles and gets so much burning pain in them but since I've been doing the 14 day workout, I've been pain free. Can't tell you how great that is to not be in pain, I'm loosing weight and getting fit all at the same time, Thanks Schellea. 👍🤸🤸🤸

Fabulous music and wonderful workout. Not excersizing everyday but at least 4 - 5 times a week. See a big difference in my body and fitness level since the pandemic started. As long as I can move will never stop excersizing. My grandkidz also keep me fit and happy. Thank u Schellea

Oh My...I have finally, after all these years, found workouts that "I LOVE" From here forward, I will only go to "fabulous50s" for all my workouts! She is AMAZING!!!! I am so excited!!! Everything toning up, some weight loss and I am not hurting my body! This is a biggy since I have a bad knee and a bad ankle. Most other sites I tried have actually set me back with injuries. Thank you so much for the different types of workout, I love them all, I've been doing 2 workout 3 times a week, normally I get bored with 1hour workout but yours is 30 minutes and doable. I enjoy it so much and happy with. And I'm 68years old. A very big thank you to you.....xxx

Love your exercises. Just turned 60 this year as the Pandemic started and your exercises have helped with so much more than just exercising. Thank you for your motivating comments all the time. Had some issues with the Windmill exercises.

I just totally couldn't do the side ones lol I was lost sorry. Could you stand sideways to see how its done...its the one you have hand moving down your leg ..sorry I just couldn't do it
