I’ve never used an ab roller before so this was a great first workout using it. I had to take a couple of extra rests, but I’m planning to come back to this workout and get all the way through without any extra rests in the future. Thank you for the workout!

I just completed this workout for the first time!!! I feel it in my lower back more so in my abs!!! If my count is correct, that’s about 180 rolls in 10 minutes

How did you come to the figure of 180 rolls?
@christine1962fulАй бұрын
Also, male sure you hold a posterior tilt to both protect and strengthen your lower back. Don't rill out too far, and build up to that level. Slower progression will help get the job done than trying to go beyond your range, which will do more harm than good. Good luck.

How come? What is he doing wrong? I’m not defending him, I’m genuinely asking so that I don’t make the same mistake.
@hmmok5791 Жыл бұрын
@@HeyJuuude-05 it is an ab exercise. His legs and arms are doing all the work. 1. Start in a curled up cat like pos (imagine a cat on all 4 paw nails with an arched back. 2. Roll out of the cat post until you are completely flat (or as far as you can) 3. Reverse the direction by curling with your abs only back into the beginning position.
