I want to send a big hug and thank you for these outstanding workouts! I am a 34 year old woman with chronic illness and I have been following your channel for a couple of years now. I am watching a 10 or 20 minute video every day that I possibly can, and it has really made a difference! Your exercises give me the most results with the least amount of effort, which with my limited amount of energy is exactly what I need. I am so grateful every time I feel that my body is working a little bit more with me than before. Thank you for all the great videos you have already made and thank you for continuing to create more!

Just finished, another wonderful set of exercises! Thank you so much for the reminders to tuck our pelvis, keep breathing, drop our shoulders, pull in our tummy, etc. Every time you give a reminder, I have stopped doing it! I’m getting better, but not there yet! Your reminders are so valuable to me! Thank you again for all your effort to get this out to us seniors! We appreciate all your work!!!

I love this series of 10 minute workouts, especially the upper body workout with weights. The moves are creative and I like that the weights workout never has you put your weights down to do other moves. It’s so much fun to visit your channel to see what new workouts you’ve created. You are the best!

Love these ten-minute segments that I can mix and match. I especially like the way you combine two moves into one exercise. Helps to keep the mind engaged and much less boring that repeating one move over and over. Thank you!!!

Very effective upper body workout! After my walk outside. I used 10lb eights the first 3 moves then 5 lbs for the remainder. Outstanding workout. 😅😅😅😅😊😊

That's up to you Carol. It's good as an add-on or if you are short on time. If it's your only workout, then yes, do it 2-3 times!

Hi Lauren Thank you so much for all your amazing workouts! I was wondering if you would consider doing a workout that targets vestibulair system? And memory. I imagine I and many others could really benefit from it. I suffer from chronic dizzines and TBI. So horrible memory too. But I imagine some others here also could use a workout for their brain. You could combine it with a strech or balance too.. I hope it's okay I write this. I don't want to come across as rude or demanding. It is just difficult finding it other places. Just wondering if this could be done seated. After fast-forwarding through, I'm inclined to think yes, like maybe on a workout bench or an armless chair. I'm only asking because I'm recovering from knee replacement surgery and don't think I can handle a standing workout yet. I do appreciate the shorter workouts at this point because I'd rather do a couple of 10- or 15-minutes ones several times a day than one longer one. Just wondering what your thoughts are on this.

The actual moves were great. Love the compound moves. But I probably won't do any of your other workouts because I wanted some way of tracking the duration of each set and of the whole workout. An onscreen timer, a specific number of reps, or even you just counting down the last few reps would really help. The transitions between moves felt abrupt, clunky, and (if I'm being honest) amateurish to me. HTH. Best wishes.

I am a 32 year old woman, I have hypothyroidism and I was wondering if this would help tone my upper body? I have alot of upper body fat but my lower body is toned because I walk alot at work.

It will definitely help tone your upper body. Make sure to increase your weights as you get stronger to keep yourself challenged!
