+POPSUGAR Fitness I really liked this workout because for some reason my fat deposit is primarily in my arms. Girl with flat stomach, small legs and booty but arms....yes weird! Thank you. Using 8 pound weights. Will be doing this a few times a week :)

Great arms exercises. A proof that you don't need to lift heavy weights to get strong shaped arms. Only need Anna. Thank you so much. Loved it and felt so good after. Thanks.

Will this help with the underarm jiggle without becoming Mrs Schwarzenegger 😔...i dont want big muscle, just lose the jiggle and tone...and response is really appreciated,, thank you ,you are amazing 💓

actually i like workouts that has lighter dumbells than heavier one because you can focus on your form and do a lot of movements from it.

I like it but I'm using 5 lb weights and I definitely don't get as tired as Anna? The seated dips do burn though, those are the only ones I can't do easy as cake >.0
