Mam, mai aapki is video ko dekh kar daily same workout krti hoon,within some days,mujhe apni body mai change nazar aata hai , but mai firse skip krne lgti hoon, but this time mai khud se promise krti hoon, k ab daily continue krungi, and aapki doosri workouts v try krungi.. Honestly yeh wali video krke khud ko kaafi achga feel hota haj and yeh easy bhi lgti hai,I hope k,doosri wali krne k liye bhi , kuch time baad capable go jayu..

Thank you Gunjan di. It was much needed ❤😘 i have pcos and my belly is not shrinking up. Even though I'm only 54kgs but my belly measures 37inches !😫 even on hardcore exercising I'm losing weight but no effect on belly. Can u plz tell me something about it. I'm 23 yrs in age!

Hello Gunjan, This one is excellent info for me. I am following your weight loss diet and videos for the last 15d. So far it is good that I have lost about 2kg weight and enjoying the tasty food mostly made in one pot type cookings. Tomorrow I have to go to tour (Delhi) for a couple of days, I was wondering how I can do my morning walk etc., Thanks for this video, I will do this and morning walk when it is possible.
