Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. kzbin.infoUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

Ive started doing these. In the beginning, it was hard for me, i was getting tired very fast, i didnt have much strength... even now im not perfect but in a few days i can see how my body is getting used to these. Now i can do these without feeling as tired as i used to before...

Weight - 43.70 kg ,age - 12 years 1st day - done!! I weighed myself today and was 43.50 kg in the morning🥰🥰 i did the workout once in the morning and once in the evening....

I've been doing this for almost an year and yes it has helped me a lot..I'll be honest when you'll start you won't be able to do it as smoothly as she's doing in the video and although it's just a 10min workout but these 10mins will drench you in sweat and it will demand every ounce of your stamina which will make these 10 mins a ride to hell(at least in my opinion) and it took me around 25(or 28)days to reach that level where I started doing it like how she's doing it in the video and I'm not bragging but honestly now I complete all the drills with larger number of sets compared to her..so yes this workout is very helpful but only when you're consistent with it and the most important thing is that you should be most careful about your diet because health is built 30% in the gym and 70% in the kitchen Hope my experience helped you😊 Good luck 👍 Best regards.🙏🧡

First im not a bignner i used to do chloe ting 30 mins workout but as u all know it is soo tiring... Thats why i switch to this workout and its just amazing how u add in a steps of stretch and cool down this is really helpful for us thank you soo much lots of love❤💜

I'm here because of my friend..she suggest me that, this workout really works, and we also see deference in her. So I start this. Day 1, today i complete my first day workout. Feels exhausted. Bt I will continue this for 14days.. Day2, did this workout twice😬 Day 3 I'm done in morning 😢 Day4- I'm done..bt still very tough for me.. bt bt bt I'm feeling so much confident after this workout, gives me a mental pleasure I'm again here.. Day 1..done

And today after two months of exercising this workout daily I can finally say that now I can do it exactly how's she doing it Earlier my breather used to last for 65-70 seconds and I could hardly continue with each exercise for more than 25-30 seconds But today I'm thanking myself for not giving up 3.9 kgs down in 2 months🙏 Instead of 45 now I carry on with each exercise for 60-65 seconds with breathing time still remaining the same -15 seconds Thank you so much Gunjan di for introducing me with this 10 min workout PS cooking red sauce pasta for myself as my cheat meal with coke and icecream and that too in my favorite dress that few months ago used to get stuck above my waist and didn't fit at all☺☺

When you make different types of food.. how can we control... Little bit Walking after every meal... I just tried Less Sugar, no refined oil... And small serving plate 😅for me...

Jump rope for 15 min with some streching and strength excercise is good enough to stay fit..I found jump rope to be much more useful tahn any other cardio for if done properly..

First remove any kind of sugar from your diet.and remove oil,junk,roti,rice, potatoes ...Eat green veggies,eggs and start doing these exercise for minimum 10 days..And then start weight training...Your fat will shed away in 2 months that's my promise

Hey:) thankyou for the workout I have been trying to find a perfect workout and I got it. I do it twice a day and I think it will help but when you start it would be all sweaty but the next time you do it was a little less tiring. I hope everyone who wants to loose weights looses their weight💙✨
