While squatting it is a must to use shoes with hard sole and a little bit high heels so that your heels doesn't move... mostly it is common to use pt shoes... but there are also expensive shoes for this purpose...flying beast has said about this in his video

I loose 3 kg weight in 15 days with normal diet plan as in brake fast 1 normal roti not prantha with sabzi or curd, 10 am green tea, 11 am one apple or banana, in lunch 2 roti without ghee with sabzi or curd avoid rice if possible,4 pm green tea, evening snack brown bread or sprouts,8 pm skipping rope or cardio on terrace for 20 mins and in dinner no roti only salad or sabzi. I have searched for that info for ages now. The main point i found tho is to maintain your Carbohydrates to Protein ratio. 1g protein/1lb so basically Consume 1g of protein per 1lb. For example I weigh 160lbs so then I will consume 160g of protein everyday + some carbs you eat. That is to shred fat and build muscle. If you want to lose weight however, consume the same amount of protein 160g BUT.. your carbs has to be low. Eat your carbs in cycle. Monday & Tuesday: High carbs Wednesday & Thursday: Low carbs Friday & Sat: High carbs Sunday: Low carbs Also to lose weight do some cardio + weight training or bodyweight training (if you do not have access to gym) idk why people want to "choose one" from cardio or strength. Just do both. Be VERY VERY VERY careful now on whatever you eat, learn to "eyeball" that how much protein you have in this food item or how much carbs it contain. If you dont know just look it up behind the box or container of the food you buy. Carbohydrates are source of energy so do not just cut them out totally but eat them in cycle. You will also start to develop a skill yourself to say how much carbs and protein a meal has and... at the end of the day you will ADD up the protein + carbs you consumed that day. This is a bit of work but hey.. thats the point. If it was easy, there would be more 6pack people than the number of burgers sold. You will be glad that you did it. Do this for 4-5 months solid regularly, and you will see results. This is how actors prepare for that amazing body too. Hugh Jackman lowers down his carbs significantly and highers down the protein, so he looks super ripped in photo shoots or as Wolverine. So yeah brother/sister/chacha/mama/idk thats it. Look for your daily Carbs : Protein intake. if you dont know how much protein a food has, or carbs just google it. I always used to workout so much and never see results. I started doing this now I saw my shoulder cuts for the first time in just 2months of doing it. Again do this till it becomes a habit. Dont do this for 1 month then go back to your bad eating habits. What you eat is what you become. So make this as a part of your lifestyle rather than "just for 4 months" then go back.

seriously speaking. this won't burn any fat. won't have any cardiovascular effects. weight training is far better. this will not reap any results what so ever

oh please shut your talk of ignorance. When you perform any type of physical activity in the form of exercise you are raising the heart rate and causing more energy to be used, when the correct diet is present then fat will be used for energy. weight lifting is another form of exercise in physical activity but it is not as effective as cardiovascular training for fat loss and there are many studies to prove it. I study an exercise science degree so please stop spreading false information like as if you are some expert

hello brother if u have made a training video particularly for fast loss it should be rigorous and intense. the body won't burn fat unless there is a surge in metabolical demand and intensity. what sort of intensity did u witness in those exercises. according to your statement, it will burn fat even if we keep walking endlessly on streets. For really buoyant and breath taking exercises watch athlean X and funk Roberts videos. I am not an expert but I know something

fat if burnt only when u keep subjecting your body to some unprecedented stress levels. consider u follow that routine in video u won't even burn 5 pounds of fat. do u think Mukesh who has stresses and put his body under intense tension in earlier workouts would burn fat with those haphazard workouts. common boy. these workouts are only for beginners who have never worked out before
