Chai has milk.. and in 15 mins if I have apple cider vintage it will mix with the milk of chai in stomach and the acidity and sick feeling will be at its peak. Trial and tested answer.

Achi tips di aapne. 2 baat notice ki maine.. 1st Basal metabolic rate h basic nhi. sahi keh rehi hai sister. main bohot kam khati hu, fir vi moti ho jati hu, mere c-section hua hai 8 saal pehle. mere pet bahot bara ho chuka tha. mera excersize karna muskil tha, isi liye maine halke excersize karna suru kiya, roz subha ek glass luke warm pani peti hu, sara din 5 lit. pani peti hu, chaye licker peti hu kam chini se, dudh me vi chini kam leti hu, aur salad lunch ke time. lunch aur dinner ke baad mere haul me hi walk karti hu 30 minutes karke. aur subhe me 60 sit up deti hu. aisa karke mere bahot weight loss kiya aur age vi hoga, ghar ki kaam pehle vi karti thi fir bi moti ho gayi thi, halke se excersize aur halka diet, paani piba ye sab joruri hai weight loss ke liye

I was not able to do exercises. So I started doing dancing. I mean not exactly dance but it's better to jump bump than to sit on a chair. And started walking.used to cok veges same that we usually cook at home but with little olive oil and, almost no salt.and at night cabbage, carrot, tomato, Capsicum, cucumber salad with curd dressing with grilled chicken.

I become fat even after eating half roti ani some rice. So I only take fruits in breakfast, sprouts and salad as a lunch and veg soup as a dinner before 7 PM. Intermittent fasting 16:8. Next day 11 AM fruits.

Roti apke intestine me jake gandagi paida krke cholesterol badhati hai. Usme koi nutrients nahi hote. Uske bajaye aap fruits, sprouts, veg soups, nariyal ka doodh aur salad chahe jitna khake patle reh sakte ho without any heavy exercises. Hafte me ek bar enema leke intestine ki cleansing aur intermittent fasting bus itna sa lifestyle change Krna hai. Only have to leave roti and rice. Hamari mamma earth ne hame bahot kuchh diya hai natural khane ke liye jinme pranik tatv hote hai.

It's not rice which increase the weight ...See one roti has 80 Cal's..2 roti will have just 160 cal..Now equivalent to that Cal's you have to take only one katori(medium) rice like 150 gms..aab one katori se kya hi pet bharta hai? So we take another serving of rice so Cal's are doubled and hence our calorie intake increase...

Really appreciate you staying to the point and sharing honest and easy tips. I actually followed most of such tips with help of KZbin videos and shed 16 kilos after delivery of my second child. And I agree with you. Being active and portion control needs to be 50/50 and hafte mei ek baar we should definitely treat ourselves with fav food. x

Rice does not increase weight have reduced 11 kgs so far..it all depends on calorie intake..I follow Rujuta and she always tell have traditional cultural home made food .
