I started low carb diet since 2017 and I am used to eat meal without rice anymore and no white bread at all. I also don't eat on fastfood chain and get rid of drinking sodas and any tasty drinks, water most of the time and sometimes tea na lang ang pinaka beverages ko. Nakakapanibago sa panlasa ko kapag nakatikim ako ng matamis na inumin parang na reset yung taste buds ko which is good. Hindi ko na hinahanap yung mga sweets even junk foods. Amazing kasi ever since hindi po ako nagkakasakit kahit colds. Dati every month meron akong cough with colds and flu. Samahan ninyo na din ng exercise kahit walk araw araw nakakatulong sya. Iba ang pakiramdam sa katawan kapag iniwasan mo lahat totally ng nakakasama sa health mo makikita mo yung difference talaga. May kasabihan "eat to live, not live to eat".

Good for you. Do you wear glasses? I heard Dra Josephine she managed to reverse her 20/20 vision after doing intermittent fasting and low carb combined. My longest IF was 20 hour water fast which helped me to get rid of some inflammation but I want to target my vision to bring it 20/20. How long should I do IF for this purpose. Thanks 🙏. It's nice to hear from someone who's doing it for a long time.

I already started "no rice meals" since september 2021 before i discovered your channel. And yes, all you are lecturing about low carb, no rice are really helpful and true. I feel better now. I lost 5 kgs. From weight of 59kgs now i am 54kgs. Slowly but surely, no rice is life.

Salamat sa Dios na naturunan ko po sa Dr. 26 yrs. Na po aq diabetic kaya pagkarinig q sayo kaagad q inalis ang pagkain ng kanin at tnapay,root croap,tutuo po lahat na sinabi mo na,dati po kapag nagugutom aq ay kailangan q Agad kumain dahil nanginginig aq At pinapawisan,nagugutom pa rin po aq ngayon pero di na nanginginig.salamat sa Dios sa kaalaman bigay sayo,ngayon po 1 MONTH NA aq nag LC at nakapag adjust na po aq.

Thank you Doc for always sharing healthy lifestyle! We are so lucky to have you in the Philippines! Actually po, amazing po ang coconut oil sa pagluluto at nare-retain nya ang lasa ng food at di lasang oily ang food I like ng olive oil. Mas ok po ang coconut oil kesa sa olive oil para sa akin. Ang husband ko po ay from 150 to 124 lbs na lang at lahat ng maintenance medicines namin ay zero na po starting last Dec 2021. Sarap po ng feeling at amazed po din yung cardiologist at endocrinologist sa result ng mga labtest namin last November 2021! Thank you po ng marami! God bless you and your entire family/community!

( START LOWCARB) IWASAN ANG PAGKAING ITO FOR FAST HEALING: 1. Mataas sa sugar at starch (rice, bread, root crops, fruits) 2. Nakakapagpataas ng Insulin, kumain ng mababa sa net carbs. 3. Alamin ang good at bad fats. 4. Alisin sa bahay at iwasan ang toxic oils. 5. Kumain ng pagkaing mayaman sa proteins. 6. Dahandahang pataasin ang pagkain ng itlog, isda,karne, seafoods & rich in good proteins & fats. 7. Kumain kung kailan aktibo ( 4-6 hrs ) bago matulog. 8. Uminom ng tubig kung nauuhaw lang at iwasan ang daming tubig consume sa gabi. 9. Salt intake at pababain ang sugar & starch intake. 10. Know your self.

Hi Doc thank you for your healthy tips. I tried not to eat rice and bread for a month and I can see the difference. I lost few pounds and my kids noticed it. I can wear my pants old pants now. I am so happy and I will continue to do it. My goal is to lower my blood pressure. I hope and pray by doing this LC diet my BP will go back to normal . I will let you know Doc the progress . Bale pang 4 days ko na without rice,yung 3 days ko hanggang kaninang tangahali is very ok hindi ako gutumin at i feel stronger..ngunit kaninang hapon napabili ako ng wheat bread,ayun nag iba ulit pakiramdam ko tapos kumain pa ako ng saging..hay naku kaya pala mabigat ulit pakiramdam ko dahil bawal pala..thanks a lot doc now i knew it already because I've learn it from you..

This Doc's topic is very important. Filipinos have lots of diabetics & life expectancy in Phil. is very low, over eating esp. tropical fruits & high carbs. & sugary foods, softdrinks. Medyo okey lang ang living doble doble na ang maids, which turned to lack of movements or exercise. I like so much doc.
