ALWAYS I mean seriously always use your dust bag when traveling. Once the girl who was next to me on the plane dropped her glass of wine and there were wine drops everywhere. At the end of the day my dust bag was full of wine drops but my bag was intact.

Hi Amie, Love your videos and all your tips on luxury items. Do you have any tips on how to keep the classic flap from being pointy at the top after years of use? I also noticed that you store your classic flap with the chain laying on top of the bag. You're not afraid of the chain either denting or discoloring the the leather that it sits on? I just got my first classic flap and want to make sure i'm caring for it well! Would love to hear your experienced take. Thank you!

Finally someone who mentions to be mindful of your environment. I literally thought I was the only one. But I think I’m a little too extreme when it comes to that. Literally i’m being dictated by the weather report for my fashion choices. Which suede repair spray did you use? I have a lot of suede boots that can use a little sprucing up. I smudged my patent leather chanel woc with nailpolish, and even though it had dried by the time I noticed it I was able to remove the stain completely with baby wipes! I just rubbed and rubbed and rubbed it very gently until it was completely gone!

I have a BRAND new Chanel Lambskin Boy in a light warm peachy beige lambskin leather. I am worried about color transfer, stains and accidental contact to water or liquids. Have you tried or would you recommend using the Apple Garde Stain and Water Repellent spray? It works wonders on LV Vachetta leather (I've tried it) but for Chanel Lambskin I'm not sure.

I just do two things: make sure my feet are clean before I put shoes on (sounds odd but it's surprising what you can pick up from just around the house!) and then do a quick wipe down after wearing!
