I walked 1000 kilometr in 3 month ... Really .. n I heal my body now I look younger than befor... Why walking heal our look .. This is not a jock I walk normal ... 🤗🤗🤗🤗 I lost more thn 7 kg god swer.... My wait was 85 before walking now my fat are burning more than befor .... I walk 20000 step normally

Gar ka khana khao baaki bahar ka kuch nhi. mahine me 3 kg km aaram se ho jyega ..or shi method yahi h..step by step km hoga.pr uske lye roj 3 km walking or 2 km running or yoga kro saath me ....work out to proper krna hoga....bt powder wagre kuch nhi lena.

Aap 10000 steps try karo ya 12000 ... or rice suger ko totally avoid karo or oil ho sake aap olive oil use karo vergin wala.. I m sure apka weight bohoth jaldi Kam ho jayega.. one month before I was 106 kg but right now I m 90 kg and still doing same diet .. I know coming December tak I will be normal ..

Yes, u can do by dividing parts on empty stomach u can walk for 2 km i.e.., 3000 steps. U should do minimum 110 steps per minute . It is very hard to hear but easy to walk. Track ur walk easily with app or smart watch like fitbit.then after every meal ( like breakfast, lunch, evening, dinner ) give 15 mnts gap then do a walk normally for 10 to 15 minutes then u can achieve the target easily.

Dr. Can we take Multivitamins, Omega 3, Vitamin C and Whey protein in recommended dose for life time without break as it is not possible to get everything through diet. Will the above mentioned supplements affect health negatively. Please reply.

1jowari ki roti khao 2 time 2sugar total band karo 3packet wali geeze band 4Oil masala kam, salt kam , 5doodha , paneer , mithai band..... 6Mango, grape,banana band 7 green /black tea 2 time lo sadhi tea band 8 kpalbharti karo +lom vilom 15/15 min 8 raw kaccha veg jyada khao...kakadi, limbu, tamatar , beet , gahar .......kaccha ... 9 only 6000step daily walk mean nearer 4 km inside home 😁 10 sabase badi baat khus raho khud ko khud guide karo khudki care karo ji per exp ji ....🙏🙏🙏💐💐💐 Ji mai kisi ka padhake nahi bol raha hu 5 monty me 15 kilo kam hua hai mera per exp 99 pe se 84 hua hai bina thake tired......

Sir मैं कुछ चीजें खाता हूं तो वो डायरेक्ट निकल जाता है लेकिन पहले ऐसा नही होता है मैं कीड़े का दवा खाया था क्या करे जिससे खाना पूरा break हो और सही से पचे
