My first thought was "for beginners" and "train like Kilian" don't go together... 😂 I've run a handful of 50ks and marathons, and am now training for my first 100k... after 3 months only running about 6 miles a week. TRUE beginner. There will be no skipping up mountains for me, or 15 mile long runs, for a few more months... i don't own the book yet, because race entries and running gear take all I've got. Could you do a video on the plan BEFORE this? I'm not looking to crush anything my first time at that distance, I'll take the remedial, works 60+ hours a week, just limp across the finish line plan! 😅

I would definitely recommend buying the book. It gives you training plan with a one year build but the base training plan and off season training plan I posted should be a good start! I can make like a couch to ultra plan? Would that work? Haha

I guess I'm pre- beginner 🤣 I think I'm going to start to do this plan in kilometers instead of miles. How do you integrate strength training in to this? Thx!!

I THINK THAT IS MORE ACCUARATE TO DETERMINE THE THRESHOLD HEART RATE FOR ZONE 1 AND ZONE 2 THAN USING ZONE 1 AND ZONE 2 BASED IN MAXIMUM HEART RATE.
