The name "Dead Rabbits" has a second meaning rooted in the Irish-American vernacular of 1857. The word "Rabbit" is a phonetic corruption of the Gaelic word ráibéad, meaning "man to be feared". "Dead" is a slang intensifier meaning "very." "Dead Ráibéad" thus means a man to be greatly feared.

I took part in a toy ride for a local orphanage BACA arranges every year, and it was one of the best experiences of my life! The MC community is amazing in many ways. The area I live in has very little crime tied to the motorcycle community, and most businesses appreciate and even give discounts to local motorcycle clubs.

I went to Middle school in downtown Denver, Colorado. The gang violence at the school I went to was horrible! We had to wear color coded uniforms, walk through metal detectors, be escorted by a police officer to each class. They even had to divide the students into "color blocks" for example, I was in color blocks purple. And the other kids in the same block, all went to the same classes together. So you had the same classmates in every class. This was to try and divide up kids in rival gangs. I guess back in the early 80's and 90's quit a bit of murders took place at the school because of gang violence. There was still violence when I went there back in 2004. My very first day, I saw a girl who was wearing a ring, punch another girl in the face and impaled the girls cheek with her ring. Blood flew everywhere. And another time, I saw a kid shank another kid during P.E class while we were playing football

I have to mention B.A.C.A. does more than that they watch over the childs home before and a while after trial. They give them teddy bears they first all hug to fill it with hugs and love. And no matter when or where the children they helped even as adults can call them to show up so they will feel safe again. Really the more you learn about them the more they warm your heart.

There could be made an entire film about the Yummy Plot Twist. Some by-the-book gangster film with a member being constantly referred to and not seen, while the gang gets cornered more and more by the police, until, in a final attempt to close the holes they order a hit on the member you never saw, which is to be revealed as a kid, saved last second by police actually having a mole amongst the main cast. I'm a genius. I know.

The Mafia isn't as bad as it's depicted in films. Mafia groups frequently put vast sums of money back into their local communities and offer a degree of policing. Mafias self regulate for the most part and take lengths to minimise civilian casualties. At the heart of Mafia is business and business works best if it's accepted by the population. It's important to distinguish between organised syndicates such as the Yakuza & Mafias and street gangs such as the Bloods & Crips. The former are closer to businesses with some slightly illegal activities among their repertoire (so Apple basically)
