This is an ab workout program for beginners and intermediates. In the first half, we will train the upper and lower abdominal muscles to get a flat belly, and in the second half, we will train the oblique muscles to create a slim waist. By doing consecutive exercises on one area, we will effectively train our abdominal muscles without losing pressure on the abdominal muscles. Even if you do these exercises slowly, be sure to be aware of the contraction and extension of your abdominal muscles.
