This is an abdominal program that focuses on the lower abdomen. It consists of exercises that work the stomach (mainly movements that lift the legs and knees). All of these movements are slow to gently and carefully work your lower abdomen.
Be aware of exhaling as you contract your abdominal muscles and inhaling as you relax them, if you can. Additionally, also be aware of the direction of your toes (dorsiflexion/plantar flexion), if you can.
