I wasn't feeling a long workout today because it is the last day of half-term for me and do not want to go back to school :/ so this workout came at the right time because i was able to forget about everything and just focus on this which made me feel good. thank you lidia!

Hey Girl! Love your workouts but I’d like something to note: When it comes to the next exercise it would be cool if you could take the position that follows right from the beginning of the countdown! Since it‘s hard to look at the monitor the whole time it‘s often surprising that you changed head or upper body position during the countdown 😅 This is in no way intended to be mean or such. the workout is fun and makes you feel elegant and good about oneself, thank you. Just, please do not put the add inbetween an exercise. Also can you write the exercise somewhere? You have to be hyper focused on your moves (does she stay in the pose? Does she move), you look away once and suddenly you changed sides. That's pretty uncomfortable when you are in bridge and have to turn the head sideways (dangerous for the neck too!). Besides that lovely workout, I will follow for more ^^
