It’s a stretching and exercise program that warms up your whole body. By doing dynamic stretching and massages, you can promote your blood circulation, particularly in the extremities which cool easily, but also throughout the body.

C'est un programme d’étirements et d’exercices qui réchauffe le corps. Il est recommandé aux personnes sensibles au froid. De plus, comme il se compose d’étirements dynamiques, il peut également être utilisé comme échauffement avant l’exercice.
