This heightens the activation of your visual system, which works together with the vestibular system *you vestibular system is your inner ear; it’s what tells your brain which way is up 🆙 and what direction you’re moving in ↕️↔️ 🗣️ What this means: training it can help your overall balance, and may also help with stability and mobility! I teach an in-depth module on the vestibular system in my NeuroYoga TTC - because you can achieve SO much better results when you fully understand the canals and organs and ….*sigh*….just all the cool stuff that’s too much for a caption! DM me if you’re interested in joining this year! PS: if this makes you feel dizzy, then that’s a sign your vestibular system isn’t used to this. 👂 That’s ok! Just slow the movement down, or don’t go so far. With practice, you’ll be able to build up to faster and bigger movements! #yogapractice #vestibular #yogatips #yogateacher #yogaasana #neuroyoga #mobilitytraining #balancetraining
