I AM FEELING STRONG! Wow that was no joke! 🔥🔥I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to do this workout today, but dang it I wasn’t going to let this day pass and not git er done! Thank you for such amazing workouts! See you for Day 11! 💪🏻❤

I did drop a few times this was very challenging but I finished it and I feel strong! I know I'm a lot stronger on Day 10 than Day 0! Love this series thanks so much Chris!

I KNOW I'm strong. There is no way I could have done this one on day 1. It was hard , but 10 days into the challenge, I could do it. Thank you, Chris, this challenge is teaching me just how far I have come in my fitness journey. And I can't wait to see what each day teaches me in 2025.

I am feeling strong! I did strength training today so the arms were a little bit tired but I didn’t stop during the planks and I’m proud of myself! Also proud of you Chris!

Well, after yesterday’s full body with an emphasis on arms and doing the fast basic steps this was a definite challenge. My shoulders were sore, more so than my core so I guess I need to up the shoulder training.

I have to admit - this was the TOUGHEST!! Planks are tough! I tried and when I couldn’t do the or finish the move did plank holds or some other abs. This is definitely a challenge and a work in progress!! Thank you!

I'll be modifying everything... lots of dead bugs, bird dogs, and bears. Spondylosis, no planks or pushups, but I can do it my way 😊
