Well, after yesterday’s full body with an emphasis on arms and doing the fast basic steps this was a definite challenge. My shoulders were sore, more so than my core so I guess I need to up the shoulder training.

I have to admit - this was the TOUGHEST!! Planks are tough! I tried and when I couldn’t do the or finish the move did plank holds or some other abs. This is definitely a challenge and a work in progress!! Thank you!
