It's amazing how intense these 30-minute workouts are. I love to work my lower back, but sometimes it hurts my neck...so I modify. Thanks for these Chris!!

WOW, chose this workout first today thinking it would be easy. HA! My heart rate was elevated and it was challenging! Modifications I took because I have back issues: I took my sneakers off because they are heavy, I put my hands on my forehead instead of the back of my head for support, and I took a 5 minute break between the 2 rounds. Thanks Chris and Nastia!

I had to switch 2 of the moves on the 2nd round, but ended with the bird dogs. My back clearly needs more of these. Nastia rocked it!

Nastia rocked it, so did I. I actually liked this workout. Felt my lower back more on the side bend but nothing a few stretches can’t fix. Not pain but I know I worked it 😂 thanks again Chris and Nastia great watching you!
