I did it this morning with another video and it was amazing. Those squats and deadlifts rows with heavier weights killed me lol.

I LOVED this one! I'm mixing it up, and doing 3-4 of your workout videos, and I mananged to do this one real quick before my young sons got up for the day. Thank you for making it so easy for me to get into shape. This one was straight fire

I'm starting my 8th decade next month! Wow! Exciting and frightening. Any way you can show modifications to some of the squats and lower body exercises? I can't go so low. I actually don't want to go that low so I can protect my knees. I love you guys and your videos. You two make me feel young. Thanks for that.

What do you recommend to improve my burpies...I can get down but popping back up is a challenge. Thanks!

Hi Steffanie until you build up your explosive power you can try one of two modifications. 1) you can perform a half burpee and instead of jumping back to standing position step one foot forward at a time to stand back up. 2) Do an incline version of the Burpee. Instead of going all the way down to the floor you can use a chair or box. This way you can improve your explosive power by jumping in and out from an elevated position. Both of these modifications will help you get stronger in all positions of the Burpee 💪🏾💪🏾

For the sit up you can do a leg raise followed by an ab crunch. I totally forgot to include a modification for this move. Sorry ❤️
