I had a tough time reaching up in the squatted position. Also, I'm obese, so staying in that deep squat was also challenging. So, I gave in on the first night. But the fact that I was able to hang with you during the deep squat to standing move inspired me. So, I will keep trying. Since I live in a tiny cabin, I will have to get a gym membership and use their exercise room. See! You've inspired a 55-year-old- lady to do two things. Get back into yoga and join a gym.
