Preach. I was so in control of my life when I had full self-discipline. It's extremely hard to reach/maintain with depression. About 6 years ago I had to stop due to school taking up my life & now I can barely take care of myself. Fitness-wise, combing back is WAY HARDER than getting there for the first time. I WILL regain my self-discipline though.

This is one of the best morning stretches I have come across. Been doing this 5 days a week for over a month now and I can say I feel a bit more flexible in that a few stretches that I wasn’t able to accomplish on the first week I now can do them. Only thing I do differently is that I do a 1 min plank after . And I can say I see the results where my body has become abit more toned and defined. Please do more stretches 😀

Morning Toni. You'd be surprised at how many folks replied to me of my weight loss , gallon of water, veg's & nuts meals! Anyway the weight is slowly come off & I feel better; & today is the first time I'm trying the 20 min full body stretch routine. I had to stop at 11 mins & 27 secs to catch my breath! Remember I have Spinal Issues, vertebrae problem with neck & so forth. But once I finish I will try the 10 minutes jump rope without the rope, just to move my best with you. To The Fam...others reply to one of my post on Toni's clips early from Jan, till now! With my issues I decided to eat, look better! Please don't let a Calendar of a Year determine when it's time to get into shape. Anyway Thanks Toni, I will (try) to do this daily other than The Elliptical. All of The Fam, Toni...hang in there!

🇰🇪❤️ If your African American or of African decent please read... Get lot's and lots of Sunlight but stay 6 feet away from each other. People born of African decent lacks a key vitamin called Vitamin D. you could walk your dog if you have a pet but please don't let your pet drink any type of substance on the walk ways. Also take high dosses of RECOMMENDED AMOUNTS OF Vitamin C, Take time out to ease your mind, it may be meditating with a incense candle in a hot tub reading a book, doing oil paintings, making jewelry and selling it online, chatting with family members or loved ones on Messenger, no matter what your hobbies may be for the time being the key is to take time out for your self for less stress and that means less time away from programming with people arguing, fighting against each other no matter if it's dealing with any form of racism or black on black hatred even though those things are great to know everyone on this planet especially black people need's to get their lives in order. It's a time where all of us as human beings need to combat this sickening virus that effecting and killing off many and we need to do our part in order to survive. God is a man of war and he want's us to be solders in the fight towards this new threat we must do whats needed to survive even if that's to coach others who's not willing to listen that this sickness is very real and it see's no skin color but I'm telling you all this because it's effecting predominately black neighborhoods the most, it has hit us hard my people and when I say hard if you check out the world maps of where the Coro.. hit in the U S it's in predominately black territories, just think of what the high number of the homeless population is going through. I know some of you can't wait to receive your checks or get back to work but at this point in time our main focus should be survival. Health and wellness is the biggest part of wealth because without it no one can survive so I just pray for you all, your family members and friends and hope somehow this message would help gear you towards doing everything you can for better health for your self and those around you no matter their race or religion. The key is staying safe and helping others do the same. Maybe some day I'll become pres... but until then stay safe people. May God bless the world. PEACE
