Well, Dr. Ennis, I think I have one body but when I did this routine, I was reminded that I actually have two halves! Both halves thank you for putting together this flow sequence vs static exercises (just as you mentioned).

I don’t understand the difference what are static exercises in comparison, disease? More like deep, yoga, and holding stretches?

If you have a bad spine be careful doing these you could damage your disks
