I wanted to sneak a strength workout into a busy day, and this was just the ticket. I almost went with the 13lbs., opposed to the 15lbs. that Heather using. I’m so glad I went with the 15lbs. kettle bell. If anyone is hesitant to try the same weight as Heather, don’t. You might surprise yourself! I did!

Great short tabata workout. I used 18 lbs KB. Active cal around 100.

I did this workout for the first time today during my lunch break. I was dripping sweat at the end. The short workouts are a blessing!

I love kettle bell work-outs. keep 'em coming. This routine then the 10 Minute Standing ABS WORKOUT // No Equipment then 10 min. cardio, I did stair-running then reversed, did the 10 min. ab then repeated the kettle-bell one before cooling down. I feel great!! I told my daughter about your workouts and she loves them too. thank-you!

Perfect quick sweat. I wish the whole workout had Reggaeton because that was hittin with this routine.

Love this workout Heather. I need my workouts broken up into segments instead of the entire 40 or 45 minutes. This way I can fit in 15 or 20 minutes at work during lunch and the remainder either before work or after. I appreciate you.👍🏾

I am doing the 12 week free program (2/3 way through!!) and I'm adding extra cardio here and there to burn more calories - a 115 with this one :)) Thanks for your efforts, you're really helping us in making changes !

Thought would be an easy short workout after saw the title. While, super sweaty actually! Especially pair up with the daily 10 exercise. 20 min workout in total, but sweat just like after 40++ min program. Amazing feelings

Great, quick workout! Perfect to get your day going when you are short on time, or if you want to do this as a warm-up in conjunction with a longer work out. Loved it!

LOOOOOVE YOUR WORKOUTS!!! Especially the kettlebell ones as that's the only equipment I have, I have modified some of your dumbell workouts to work with what I do have but I have done every single workout of yours! Twice a day everyday, thanks so much for sharing on this platform!

Really loved this! I don't have a kettlebell so just used dumbells instead. Going to incorporate this more frequently into my workouts. I presume though you should keep your tummy in? Can anyone confirm this?
