Your videos are the best paid/free/or otherwise workouts available. The way you give cues and previews during countdowns helps me to focus purely on the work without constantly looking back at the screen to see if I'm missing something. I also really love and appreciate that you don't scream motivational tidbits and keep the talking to a minimum. Please keep up the great work, and I'm going to do better about commenting and liking your videos!!

I have been frustrated lately because I'm stuck inside because of COVID and I live in AZ where it's 115 right now outside. But I'm overweight and I can't just sit around, so I had to try something. My girlfriend has a 10-pound kettlebell so enter heather. If I'm being honest I thought this was BS and gonna be kind of easy, but now I will see heather in my nightmares. Halfway through I stopped because I was seeing spots and felt like I was gonna puke. Thanks for the gut check! 🙌💪👊

After having Covid one lasting side effect was 2 months of constant fatigue. Recently just was able to start doing anything real physical and just did this video. The most sweat I've lost in a while. Great workout.

Done at a very controlled pace, really got the benefits as I wasn’t being rushed. Forces you to do each exercise properly. Will look out for more similar workouts in this range.

The production quality on this video is head and shoulders above the dozens of other offerings. It looks like it’s made for people who actually want to work out. I can get my fix in with zero friction without feeling like a pervert with a not-so-secret agenda. Thank you for picking the high road, I’m sure it puts you at a disadvantage in the race for subscribers but I tip my hat to the demographic you’ve chosen to serve . You’re doing it right !

I bought a 10 lb kettle bell thanks to these videos. I have 3 sets of weights, but the kettle bell makes me sweat. As I work my way through these and get stronger, I will buy maybe a 15 pounder. I have been doing your videos for 2 months now, since 11/10, O feel so much stronger. Thank you for all of these free videos, I cannot thank you enough!

Excellent, excellent workout, Heather! I have not exercised in over a year and kettlebells is my favorite form of exercise. Not only am I pleasantly surprised that I did the whole thing without quitting early, but I was able to do the full ab crunch - Russian twist with my kettlebell. Amazing workout and I can’t wait to do it again and keep getting stronger! Thank you!

Heather, “Thank You!” Love how you give seconds to transition, the music, not lots chatter. This is just an idea: maybe show the form from different angles before an exercise to point to part of body to bring attention to, for correct of proper form, but it’s a great workout!!! Also might remind people to modify as necessary in word caption or have a person with you doing a modification for each. At end, post how many calories burned for adv. and mod. Versions. Again, these are just suggestions for what is already awesome 👏🏾! Thanks again!!💕

I was thinking about buying a heavier kettlebell as it seemed the 16KG wasn't doing it for me.. turns out I just didn't know what I was doing with it. This workout had me knackered within the first few minutes. Will keep coming back to it - might just manage to finish it one day! Love it.

Love the workout and video production. My only non-solicited suggestion would be to lower the bell/ding sound FXs. They make listening to this on headphones nearly impossible :/
