I'm nearly 70 and at this stage of my life I love that you do the short bursts of cardio. After doing one of these I go to the non electric elliptical machine for 30 minutes of walking speed.

Thank you for this. I cannot jump or balance due to more than one lower body trauma. I got tired of just using a stair stepper for my cardio, and I wanted to increase the amount of cardio I do. This is perfect for me.

Wow I thought was gona be easy and a quick cardio in-between busy times. It's awesome, I burnt 185 cal and sweating. Great little work out you can do multiple times over the day. Loved it more there is no jumping or lunges my knees don't like it. Thank you.

This is a great little workout. I've started to do it in the morning while waiting for the kids to finish their morning showers. I use to sit in bed and scroll the internet but now I get out of bed, set my phone up on the table and do this. I'm always a bit wary of exercising because I have chronic fatigue syndrome but this is a nice length workout to not overdo it but still get some movement in. Thank you Jessica I love your workouts ❤❤❤

This is a great workout, Jessica. I've become a big fan of yours because of your encouraging nature and your large variety of workouts which give us choices. This is the best so far - just what I needed and flexible so we can increase the speed or effort to make it more high impact. I agree that a 30 minute workout like this would also be super. Still really liking this, especially compared to a workout from 2013 that sounded like everyone should try to work up to the high impact versions of moves. This gets my heart revving without hurting my joints--I especially like the one-legged running move! Thank you, Jessica!

I really loved this one. Simple, easy moves that got my heart rate up without straining my knees (I just stayed shallow on the single knee lifts). I would love to see more like this but longer, maybe 20-25 minutes? Seeing Peanut always makes my day, too.

really liked this one. I had intended to do something longer, but I ended up doing yard work. This was a great follow up to that and will be a great warm-up for some longer workouts, or maybe a run in the future. Sometimes I am more motivated to do multiple short workouts than one long one. As usual, I loved Peanut's input. I actually saw a picture the other day of a dog named Butters who could be Peanuts sibling!
