آپ کی اطلاع کے لیے عرض ہے کے میگنیشیم کی کمی ٹیسٹ کرنے سے ہی پتہ چلتا ہے ۔اس کی نارمل رینج 5•1 سے 6•2 تک کا ۔ دوسری بات میگنیشیم اور پوٹاشیم کا آپس میں بہت گہرا تعلق ہے ۔سمجھ لو دونوں بہن بھائی ہے ۔اگر آپ کا میگنیشیم کم آرہا ہے تو پوٹاشیم بھی کم ہوگا۔ میگنیشیم کو پورا کرنے کے لیے پوٹاشیم کو پورا کرنا ہوگا۔
