Your so right, it is the bigger intimidating things that bring the feeling of “I don’t feel like it” lol. I’ve learned to master rejecting that feeling to avoid laziness. 👍

I really needed to see this. My mother and then sister passed away. Not only am I I dealing with incredible grief, but also now I have to handle everything myself. Everything is completely overwhelming and intimidating. Starting to do a little bit at a time, but still thinking of and looking at my big tasks gets me so overwhelmed, I get discouraged and have to lie down. Then when I get up I feel even more discouraged and upset at myself for lying down! I feel like I'm in a vicious cycle. 😭

This video was worth every second. ♥️ In my case, what I do is not pick up the cell phone in the morning, not see it, not touch it, not receive notifications, I turn on the internet at night and I limit myself to using it for one or two hours no more because before I used to take the cell phone In the morning my energy and time spent was checking messages and notifications and I was left with no desire to do anything. Starting with positive thinking and thanking is a great way to have a great day.
