I know I know! “Fingers are your brakes” is OLD NEWS for many of us BUT… Do you know how you can use #nerveflossing to increase grip strength… thus being able to control your balance better with those lovely fingers of yours?! Sometimes just saying “lean more weight into my fingers, k…got it” isn’t enough. Sometimes you may need to coax your brain into something if it thinks it’s scary.
