The story of the Crying Tiger Roast Beef that I've heard is... Once upon a time, there was a starving tiger. He was almost starving to death, then luckily, he found a cow. So he hunted it down and started eating almost every parts of it. Until he was so stuff he couldn't eat any more. But there was one part of the cow he didn't touch a bit.... So, even he was so stuff, he was curious what would it taste like. So he took a tiny bite it. And that was when he realized that it was the most delicious part of the cow! Then he was so sad and crying and crying because he didn't have room to eat it anymore. The part is the chest beef which we use for Crying Tiger Roast Beef! This is one of my favourite dish and it makes me proud of our Thai local beef ♥ :)

I expected the salad from the most expensive restaurant to be more than just Arugula with some dressing. Adam definitely got the better one: celery salad. The first two spots highlighted the salad well.

rhea I agree. Like anybody can take some arugula and add some of that vinegar, olive oil, salt, lemon, and whatever toppings they added. It definitely wasn’t a $95 salad. Adams salad was more of a Worth It contender than the rest. I think they just chose that place to have the big “OMG what could a $95 salad have!?” factor.

I really appreciate the different cultures. They teach me that we are all the same. We love, and are all hungry. Food truly is a thing that all cultures share. A person shared the starving tiger story and it reminded me of an old friend I used to have. We lost connection because we both moved away, but my friend was starved by his father, when he was a baby, and so when his mom left with my friend to move away from the abusive father, she always cooked enough food to feed my friend, herself, me, and always haf left overs. As sort of a way to say, he'll never go hungry as long as she's there to help it. It stuck with me through all my life. A vivid memory that one day I will share it's value to me for my own family, if I do ever have one.
