@@miguelangelperezsanchez204 Hmm I can't really say the exact time because it all depends on you. For example, if you regularly do this and have a healthy diet you'll see results quite quickly. ( and I recommend doing other workouts too for even quicker results )

For anyone looking for a body transformation try her 11 line abs challenge!! I´m on day 5 and already went down 2 inches in my waist and also 1 kg in weight, I have tried so many workout (none have given me my ideal body, even tried the le sserafim for two weeks) and can honestly say even though I feel like I´m doing nothing with these workouts the results are amazing and I haven´t changed my diet at all. Alr, I’m gonna try this for 2 weeks & post my results here. This is mostly a tracker for myself, (to hold myself accountable and all). but y’all can see it too if u want to Day 1: I’m dead inside right now. 💀I found it REALLY hard to do the V-Ups, but i’m feeling good about myself so thats there 😅 Excited for tomorrow! Day 2: I don’t know why, but I was extra tired today. The exercises were a bit easier today since I knew what to expect but I took WAY TOO MANY breaks in between. I hope it’ll get better as I progress 🤞. Let’s see what happens tomorrow!❤ *Skipped Day* Today i was extremely busy. And even though this workout is only 9mins, I usually pair this with one of Miss Shiryln’s other workouts so…i didn't quite have enough time Day 3: Feelin the Burn! It was a bit hard in the beginning (since I havent done it for 3 days) but I definitely felt the burn. ❤️🔥🔥 Day 4: Similar to yesterday, although today the V-Ups went A LOT better today! ive done one of her workouts before, but i couldn’t stick with it BUT i really wanna stick with this one!! WEEK ONE day 1:this was hard.✅ day 2: figured out how do it so it burns and oh god ✅ day 3: had a last min sleepover so couldn’t do it ❌ day 4: ✅ day 5:tummy is a tad bit flatter!✅ day 6:so unmotivated today ✅ day 7: friend came over so i couldn’t do it ☹️ WEEK 2 day 1:❌ day 2: did it ✅ day 3: tummy isn’t as bloated as it usually is! ✅ day 4: my waist looks smaller from the front ✅ day 5:i feel so confident tbh ✅ day 6: MY WAIST LOOKS SMALLER HUH. ✅ day 7: my tummy was rlly sore so i kinda KINDA half assed this one tbh ✅ WEEK 3 day 1:taking a break had a horrible day, took my dog on two speed walks in the snow though so ❌ day 2:burned ✅ day 3:❌ day 4:❌ day 5:❌ day 6:sorry i had sm going on like SM and got my period too so i’ve just been sad but i’m it’s ok IM BACK ✅ day 7:❌ um i was not back had any studying to do anyways gonna do another week! gonna work hard this march break! Im a female and i will be doing this once a month before school. I just want to get that highschool glowup, since i got inspired by my male cousin who used to be chubby and now is so dang tall and toned. Goal: to get a smaller waist and to get slightly defined abs Starting waist: 28 inches ✅DAY 1(July 1): my core hurts😭 ✅DAY 2(July 2): feeling stronger, core hurts ✅DAY 3(July 3): core hurts again, had to take breaks in between. ‼Recommend to do this on an empty stomach, unless you want to feel like puking every 1-5 minutes‼ ❌DAY 4(July 4): didnt feel like doing it, becuase i felt exhausted the whole day

Doing this for a month + with a healthy diet. Day 1: Yesterday i started one workout and my whole body pains, so it was a little hard for me but overal i'd say this workout is pretty easy and comfortable! see ya tomorrow! Day 2: My whole body pains but overall the workout is very nice! I already saw some changes in the morning, so i really recommend it! ( A little secret, i couldnt get up from the floor for the last stretches 🤣🤣) See ya tomorrow! Day 3: It feels like i improved my skills in those exercises! see ya! Day 1: it was hard, but I have done her other easy ab outwork for some weeks so I thinks I have trained my stomach a bit already. Some of the things was a little confusing, did it two times and was sweating. Day 2: did this one and here easy one, tired and some are hard, but are starting to remember them more now Day 3: did this one and two other, tired but are starting to get the hang of it, did it again towards night time two times Day 4: did it and it was fun but I am very tired cause I just woke up. Day 5-10: didn’t have the nervy to write, but everyday I have done this workout and another inte the morning. I definitely have less fat, like on the sides and the middle. It’s also flatter from the side and I don’t bloat as much anymore. Now I am waiting for my abs heheh. But you can also se my hips bones very much Day 11: tired and my stomach is definitely smaller Day 12-15: still going strong Day 16: my family heard me doing it today in the morning heheh. I am going to need to take a pause for like 4 days because I’m going on semester with my family and I’m not going to be able to do the workout there. Day 17-19: I was gone for 2 days my I’m started when I came back. Today on day 19 was hard cause I woke up late and didn’t want to do it. But this excersice is really fun actually, and yesterday I noticed how I don’t have a little part of my stomach sticking out like before, it’s mostly flat even after I have eaten so yay Day 20: tired Day 21: did it and was tired Day 22: taekwondo training yesterday so my muscles are sore and I’m hungry, still I did it and felt it. Day 23: Ran 15 km yesterday, so today my whole body, especially my legs, were sore and hurt. So it was harder, but I took it a little bit slower. Day 24: so hard today, tired and no energy but still did it Day 25: did it I shall run too Day 26: was on sleepover today so did it later towards lunch, tired and my cat came and attacked my arm Day 27: did it, so tired, my head hurts and now I’m gonna run Dat 28: tired bit refreshing also at the same time Day 29: more energy today Day 30: so I have started eating more now cause I was to underweight and I think that because of that I feel like I have more energy then doing this workout. As results of this challenge, I don’t see super big abs, bit my stomach is defined and has some marks and it is flat. Like I Almost never bloat a lot any more I think. Day 31: my leg hurts a little after today’s workout, I’m gonna run 10 km now after this Day 32: done Day 33: I think I’m actually starting to see some defined abs. Day 34: done Day 35: didn’t do it yesterday cause I ran 23 km, I feel really sick today and hungry but did it. Day 36: became sick after the run and had fever so didn’t do it for two days, im still sick but did it Day 37: still a bit sick but did it, it felt nice to use some energy bc I can’t run now then I’m sick. I have actually also started to see some real abs! Day 38: was tired and it was hard but did it Day 39: done Day 40: done, so tired Day 41: I yesterday and the day before and now I really felt it in my legs. But I did it, I’m home alone with my cat, so it was relaxing Day 42: done Day 43: I haven’t run for days in a row so I’m tired and I’m gonna run now to Day 44: done Day 45: done, tired, I’m gonna run slow and then relax( I ran 10 km) Day 46: did it Day 47: done Day 48: done Day 49: tired bit did it Day 50: did it yay!! Tomorrow is school!!😶😶 Day 59: done, I’m gonna run 10 k before school Day 60: done nervous for the school day Day 61: I slept for long because I have been really tired because I have been running a lot. Lucky for me I’m still allowed to train but I have a schedule now about how im allow to train. And I’m only allowed to do this stomach exercises like 3 times a week. So yeah, I wie still write then I do them because I like to do it
