We are already up to day 9 of our 10-day yoga for the hip challenge.
In this day 9 video, we will focus on hip flexor flexibility and strength.
The hip flexor gets short, tight, and weak if you spend most of your day sitting. Even though this is a chair yoga class, there are many ways we can stretch the hip flexors and work on strength and flexibility.
You will be more balanced, centred, and relaxed after this class. 🙏
