I love this channel and how down to earth and casual this is. Personally I'm exhausted with a lot of other channels that film on a beach and heavily edited.

Your cues work perfect. The warrior pose shifting weight to center was spot on what I needed. Your flow speed is also good for me, what I’ve been looking for. And I appreciated the chair pose 1mi, new but good challenge!

After a cross country move and a foot injury it's been 8 months since any exercise. This practice was a great way to get back into it I feel challenged and refreshed and ready for the day!

One of my favourite classes. Love all of your series. I feel so good after this one in particular. I'm working through long-term physio on my lower back at the moment and hoping to return to olympic weightlifting someday. It has been hard mentally to let certain things go, but getting into the habit of some daily yoga on your channel has helped a great deal - being grateful for this body in whatever form, and enjoying what it can do now and will do again. Thanks for all your work!

great yoga ... the meditation set me up. The moves were rather quick. However, all the basic muscle groups were exercised. The feeling we are left with...is energizing. Keep on with this wonderful work.

This fast moving Sun salutation flow was perfect to keep my heart rate up, and make my body energised. Hope I can keep up with the pace! Thanks for making this.

Thank you so much! I just wanted to say that I have been following you for a very long time! You were the first yoga teacher that I followed on KZbin! You inspired me to go to i person class, and then that lead me to YTT! I am now teaching meditation at a studio and still learning what this beautiful ancient practice has to offer! Thanks for class! My right arm is in a sling from surgery, but was still able to do a ton of this with modifications. Feels nice to move around. Been so stiff since surgery.

Once I start I don't want to stop. But to start is really challenging right now. Glad I did it. Nice that the video is waiting for me very early on the morning :D

This was hard and painful in my hips and inner thighs. It was a good challenge for me and I will continue since I have a long way to go.

Chair pose feels harder than plank in my opinion and in my body. But maybe it's because I cheat in plank sometimes 😉 Energising way to counterbalance this misty, foggy morning...January 2nd is always the toughest day because its when the year starts for real. Let's face it, best we can 🙏

The pace is way too fast and the exercises assume an extreme level of flexibility. If I was flexible enough to do these exercises I wouldn’t be looking for yoga on KZbin.
