Just a couple of examples of the kinds of nervous system based tools I weave into yoga flows on MWA! These both show up in our new flow, which is a continuation of our work towards peacock pose! So a little explanation: 1) we are using something called interlimb neural coupling: basically if you want better wrist extension, then try working on ankle flexion! (and vice versa!) 2) this is a little nerve glide of the common fibularis nerve; when we mobilise that nerve, often ankle dorsiflexion* improves! *flexing the foot / getting the heel towards the floor in downward dog Flow with me to feel the benefits of yoga + neurology in your body!!
