I've handpicked these movements to ensure they're effective yet accessible, no matter where you are on your fitness journey. With the added resistance of the medicine ball, we're not just sculpting our core, but also enhancing our overall strength. Remember, it's all about moving at your own pace and enjoying the process.
If you don't have a medball you can replace it with a dumbbell (except for the throwing part 😉). In this video, I'm using a 4kg (8.8 pound) heavy ball.
