Had never seen this channel but I absolutely loved this workout ! Who would have thought that a 15 min. Workout would be so challenging . My glutes are numbed right now . Thanks a lot

So thankful it's a knee friendly workout! I had an incident a couple summers ago at the beach - got caught in a big wave that slammed me back into shore and I landed on my knees - and ever since leg workouts are a bit of a challenge for me. This is so helpful!

intense!!! did with 5lb ankle weights each side plus 18lb dumbell each side for all of the fire hydrant moves, and added in my heaviest band on top of both 18lb dumbbells for the bridge moves at end! well done all and thank you Rebecca!
