Loved this workout! I don't have a pilates bar, but I used dumbbells for those squats and ankle weights for the isolation moves. It worked really good! ❤

This workout is amazing I got this Pilates bar and was looking for a video and this video made my flutes burn in the morning I was sore but did it again most of my workouts I do never make me sore from my glutes I only felt them from my thighs but this video burned my glutes I hope you’re able to do more videos of the bar targeting the upper body! Thank you ❤

Loving these videos - especially the 15 minute sessions cos I can do them in the morning before getting ready for work. Hoping to get a reformer some day but for now the Pilates Bar is brilliant for resistance work. Mine is a pain for winding up though. Does anyone else have this issue?

I believe there are different types of bars. I’ve got experience with the Bahe one which doesn’t change resistance unless I wind it up.

Just what I needed for this Sunday to move my body with a bit of resistance. I don't have a pilates bar, but I do have some flat open ended resistance bands, which once I'd thought about the logistics seemed to work quite effectively. Thank you Jacinta for providing a class with some different equipment. It's always good to add equipment into a routine for variety. I'll definitely repeat this class.

@@PostureTonic yes it did, better than I thought. Someone else commented on using ankle weights, which I thought was a good idea 💡. I've bought some at last, so next time I'll try those.

Loved this! Just recently got a Pilates resistance band because Pilates classes are just soo expensive. I’ve been watching your videos and they are so helpful. You’re one of few who does these workouts so I really appreciate it!

Hello! The resistance of the straps is great for loading the muscle and therefore, the resistance helps to strengthen the muscle and create change. Nutrition is always number one priority with a weight loss goal and then doing exercise to create change to the body.

Well I tied 2 resistance bands to my feet and that worked pretty well with winding round hands to get a good resistance going!💪
