Welcome to Day 4 of our 5 Day Pilates Bar Challenge! This 15-minute full body workout is designed to sculpt and tone your abs, glutes, improve posture, and strengthen your arms. Using a Pilates bar, this session delivers a balanced and effective routine suitable for all fitness levels.
I will guide you through each exercise with clear, easy-to-follow instructions, ensuring you maximise your workout's benefits. Whether you're looking to enhance your core strength, lift and tone your glutes, improve your posture, or build arm strength, this workout has it all. I love your workouts. I'm 68 with hand arthritis so I can't do flat hand planks but I do them on my fists. Keep making content. I love your calm.

Oh hello! 👋 welcome to the Posture fam. What’s your name? I can only see your user name. So happy you are enjoying the workouts. That’s a great idea to use fists 👊 for your planks. You can also try double or triple folding your mat to help the ankle of the wrists to sit higher than fingers. Or try holding onto hex dumbbells. But sounds like you have it all sorted 😃

Great short full body bar workout Jacinta thank you. I definitely enjoyed abs section and the teaser lived up to it's name. I managed to make up a "bar" with 2 resistance bands one actually has loops for feet/hands so it worked OK. Definitely going to search out a bar if you're thinking of doing more of these workouts. Do you have any recommendations? 🤔 😊
