thank you for your website !! i have been following the weight loss program, haven't yet gotten drastic results, since i'm only on day 4 & can't measure my weight because i have no scale sadly. i decided to do the optional workouts on day 4 to further boost my progress. i have realised it has been getting easier to maintain stamina & steady breathing during the workouts! will try staying faithful to my diet & definitely stay faithful to the workouts.

I just want to say thanks to her ❤ I have not yet gotten to my goal but I have seen progress. I just tried on some clothes I was gonna throw away and it fit me I was so happy, so don’t give up and to be honest I’m not that consistent because of my exams thanks a lot 🥰🥰

Hi shirlyn!! I just want to say I love your workouts and i want to ask if you can do one without side planks or plank twist! I want one that has no side planks or plank twist because, I find these 2 moves hard for me to do! Ill be totally happy if you make one! I don't care how long it will be or if it's a standing or jumping workout! Just so you know I love your workouts so much! I have a body fat percentage of 40 % with a BMI of normal range which means I am skinny fat and I have gained like atleast 8 kgs after COVID I have been trying to lose them both but was not able to I hope your workouts will help I will try them for 2 months and upload the results .
