thank you for your website !! i have been following the weight loss program, haven't yet gotten drastic results, since i'm only on day 4 & can't measure my weight because i have no scale sadly. i decided to do the optional workouts on day 4 to further boost my progress. i have realised it has been getting easier to maintain stamina & steady breathing during the workouts! will try staying faithful to my diet & definitely stay faithful to the workouts.

I want one that has no side planks or plank twist because, I find these 2 moves hard for me to do! Ill be totally happy if you make one!
