This is the perfect full-body stretch to add after any strength training session or whenever you need 15 minutes to stretch and relax! Paired with relaxing Lo-Fi music, this stretch will bring down your stress too! This full-body stretch will increase your overall flexibility and mobility, reduce your risk of injuries, and help to prevent muscle soreness! We will work through several stretches to hit those major pain points like the neck, hip, and back to reduce tightness! Optional for our stretch is a small towel to help if you are working to increase your flexibility.
