I'm back again after being mostly a lump through the second half of my fall semester. 😂 This is still my favorite stretching routine after a workout - it just feels so thorough. I basically have it memorized but I will play the video when I can, so you get more views! Thanks again!

You guys truly are the best. I have had major issues with my neck, and the whole of my back and I'm only in my early 40s. I was scared of what my future would look like. thank you for this. woke up at 5 this morning went for my 1st running (in the neighbourhood) in 5 years.it was short but it s only a 1st.. I needed soft after workout stretching to prevent cramps later on as my 45 yo body 's all rusty never knew about you but your exercises are very easy to follow, was feeling my muscles stretching and I am a PRE-beginner lol

Wow! I started dynamic and static streatching with you along with taking Move Free Ultra, and I became pain free. I was so pain free that I didn't think I needed you guys any more lol. Well I do. I had stopped for about two months. I was scared. So, I started again almost two weeks ago and I am 95% percent pain freeeeeeee! Thank you so much for being here :)

when I first started doing this cool down video after my workouts, I couldn't even reach all the way across to grab my right elbow for the rotator cuff stretch. Now I can do it with ease. Thanks Coach.

Amazing video. I did my usual workout, and then this (for the first time) and everything just feels so much more loose and warm. I love how you show modifications for most of the exercises, because I definitely needed "beginner" versions. (Way too many "beginner" stretching videos start off with the instructor bending into a pretzel and asking you to follow along).

Hi, tried this new stretching routine twice and both times my back did not feel stretched out enough. It actually hurt. Prefer your video How to Stretch Routine - Improve Flexibility Exercises Full Body Static Stretches Cool Down Exercise. Have been doing this one for 6 months and love it!

Very nice! Love this cool down. I'm stretching 15 minutes a day twice a day and checking out all sorts of 15 minute stretch videos along the way. This one is great and definitely ranks near the top! Cheers.

Love this Cool Down video! I love the fact that you do a great job of stretching all my tight muscles. Do you have a next level video for cool down stretching? I'd love to see one about this length! One thing I'd love to see on your videos would be some level of grading so that I could know to start in one place and then move to the next and where forward from there. THANKS AGAIN!

This was fantastic after that 35 minute strength training (yours with Claudia) I did yesterday. I was crying because glutes so sore. I guess those lunges and single leg squat got me!

*When I first started doing your old cool down:* I could barely clasp my hands around my knees to do the figure 4 stretch. *A month or two later (of HASFit warm ups, workouts and cool downs):* I could clasp knees with ease. ^_^
