Plz keep posting videos, i love your videos. Im a ballerina, but at the same time i love yoga, pilates, etc. So its so hard to keep up with both of them, and doing a workout which includes all of these is soooo helpful

Dear Desiré! I am amazed by your videos, I regularly practice it, and have not found better trainer than you. Thank you. I hope I will be able one day to do those ballet movements better and properly, I feel a bit old for that (31 years old and not fat but has some extra on me), but I enjoy all of your videos. I'm always looking for exercise videos that combine ballet, yoga, and pilates, and I have really enjoyed yours so far. Keep them going, please! Would you ever consider a series of videos teaching how to build up flexibility and strength for splits and leg extensions? I didn't get into dance till college, and so I've never learned how to safely do this--but I'd really like to know. I've found videos for initial stretching exercises, but nothing about that shady middle area where you've made progress but still haven't reached advanced flexibility. How do you get from beginning to advanced? And how often can such exercises safely be practiced during the week? Just thought I'd give you the idea and see if you might want to do anything with it. Thanks!
