I'm super excited to share my latest workout video with you. In this 15 minute workout we'll be focusing on UPPER ABS, LOWER ABS and OBLIQUES . It's more than just an exercise routine; it's a journey to stronger, more defined abs in just 15 minutes. And the best part? You can do it with or without weights, so it's perfect for everyone, no matter what equipment you have.
In this workout, I'll guide you through a series of targeted exercises aimed at sculpting every angle of your core. We're talking upper abs, lower abs, and those tricky obliques to really create that defined look. I designed this routine to be a no-repeat series, which means you won't get bored doing the same old moves. And because it's just 15 minutes, you can easily fit it into your day, no matter how busy you are.
