Thank you Kiran! It seems that leg workouts are not in trend right now 😏 Everybody seems to be looking for HIIT and booty these days. But having strong legs is essential for any fitness foundation

good workout very challenging . I tryed it but coudnt keep with your maxed out power level. If i cant finish the workout should i just do it until i cant go on ? Or maybe do 5 mins with pauses ? What do you recommend ?
